HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing classes, workshops, including but not limited to regular group sessions, themed events, private lessons, and party bookings.

By booking and participating in a HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Once a session has been booked, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

  • If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may transfer your booking to another available session, provided that you notify HoneyBOOTS at least 24 hours in advance of the original class time.

  • Booking transfers are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with HoneyBOOTS.

Children at Sessions

  • HoneyBOOTS classes are designed for adults. However, children may attend at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

  • If you choose to bring a child to a session, you accept full responsibility for their supervision, behaviour, and safety throughout the duration of the class.

  • HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing and its instructors cannot be held responsible for any incidents involving children during a session.

Venue Safety

  • All venues used by HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing are risk assessed to ensure a safe environment for participants.

  • If you notice any risks, hazards, or safety concerns during a session, please notify Sara at HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing immediately.

Personal Belongings

  • HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during any session.

  • We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing – Terms & Conditions for Events & Private Bookings

These Terms and Conditions apply to all private bookings, parties, and events organised and delivered by HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.

  • The full remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If the balance is not received by the due date, HoneyBOOTS reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellations & Changes

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify HoneyBOOTS in writing. Cancellations made:

    • More than 14 days before the event: full refund (minus deposit)

    • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund (minus deposit)

    • Less than 7 days before the event: no refund

  • If you need to reschedule, HoneyBOOTS will make every effort to accommodate your request, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • In the unlikely event that HoneyBOOTS must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or the booking may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

3. Attendance & Responsibility

  • The person making the booking is considered the main contact and is responsible for the group’s conduct and adherence to these terms.

  • Children may attend at the discretion of the organiser, but full responsibility for their supervision and safety remains with the booking party at all times.

  • Participants take part in HoneyBOOTS sessions and events at their own risk. By booking, you accept full responsibility for any injuries, risks, or damages (known or unknown) that may occur during participation.

4. Venue & Equipment

  • A portable PA sound system is always provided by HoneyBOOTS for all classes, events, and private bookings. This system is essential to deliver the session and must be treated with care.

  • Any damage to the PA system or other HoneyBOOTS equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or actions beyond the control of HoneyBOOTS will result in the booking party being held financially responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

  • For off-site bookings where HoneyBOOTS provides instruction at a venue of your choice, it is your responsibility to ensure the venue is safe, suitable, and has sufficient space for dancing.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected at all times. HoneyBOOTS reserves the right to end a session or event early, without refund, if behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or puts others at risk.

6. Personal Belongings

  • HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during any session, event, or party. Please keep valuables with you or securely stored.
