At HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing, we want you to love your merchandise as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (or purchase date for in-person sales).

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are available for items returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or in error.

  • Items that are worn, washed, or not in resaleable condition cannot be refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Used, worn, or damaged items (unless faulty upon arrival)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at sara@honeyboots.co.uk with your order details, the item you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. We will guide you through the next steps.
