Unisex T-Shirts

Our unisex t-shirts are a standard fit - not too loose, not too tight and suitable for all body types.

• If you prefer a more fitted style, you can size down.

• For a relaxed, everyday fit, stick with your usual size.

• Made from a soft cotton blend with a slightly longer length, perfect for dancing or layering.

Ladies V-Neck T-Shirts

Our v-neck t-shirts are fitted and flattering, but they run small.

• We recommend going one size up from your usual size for a more comfortable fit.

• Great for those who prefer a more shaped silhouette.

Hoodies

Our full-zip hoodies have a relaxed fit and are slightly oversized.

• For a snug fit, we recommend sizing down.

• For a looser, comfy or oversized feel, choose your usual size or a size up.

• Soft brushed interior, full zip front, and front pockets — perfect for warming up or winding down.

Tote Bags

Our HoneyBOOTS tote bags are one size and generously sized for all your everyday needs.

• Large size: approx. 38 cm wide x 42 cm high

• Long handles to carry comfortably on your shoulder

• Wipeable interior lining for easy cleaning - perfect for dance class, shopping or carrying your boots

Collection in Class

All orders placed through HoneyBOOTS are available for free collection at your regular line dancing class. Once your order is ready, we’ll let you know when and where you can collect it in person.

This is our standard delivery method and helps us keep costs low while staying connected with our wonderful dancing community.

Postal Delivery (Optional)

If you’re unable to attend class or would prefer to have your order delivered, we offer a postal delivery option.

• Delivery is available for a flat rate of £3.99 per package.

• We send all parcels via Royal Mail Second Class.

• Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from the dispatch date.

If you would like your order posted, please select the delivery option at checkout (or get in touch if ordering in person), and we’ll take care of the rest.

Preorders Close Every Sunday!

We place new preorder batches every Monday, so if you want to be part of the next shipment, make sure to get your order in by Sunday night!

Orders typically take 10–14 days to arrive after each Monday batch is placed.

HoneyBOOTS Refund & Exchange Policy

At HoneyBOOTS Country Line Dancing, we want you to love your merchandise as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (or purchase date for in-person sales).

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

• Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are available for items returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or in error.

• Items that are worn, washed, or not in resaleable condition cannot be refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

• Custom or personalised items

• Items returned after the 14-day window

• Used, worn, or damaged items (unless faulty upon arrival)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at sara@honeyboots.co.uk with your order details, the item you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. We will guide you through the next steps.
