COWGIRL

From one choreography to dance floors around the world.

Created and choreographed by HoneyBOOTS founder Sara Honey-DeLong, Cowgirl was released in June 2026 and quickly became HoneyBOOTS’ most successful choreography to date.

Set to Shaboozey’s Cowgirl, the dance has reached audiences far beyond our own classes, with dancers, instructors and festivals around the world learning, teaching and sharing Cowgirl.

Since its release, Cowgirl has remained in the CopperKnob Top 100, spending much of that time within the Top 50, while videos of the dance have reached millions of views across social media.

What started on the HoneyBOOTS dance floor has become something much bigger and seeing Cowgirl being danced by people we’ve never met is pretty special.
